The WA Museum and Cunderdin Museum is hosting a story sharing day with former residents of WA’s migrant centres.  If you, or your family were located at a centre from 1947-84 we’d love to hear from you.

Our story sharing day aims to contribute to the State’s knowledge of post-war migrant families.  If you have stories, photographs or memorabilia from your, or your family’s time at a centre, please bring  them along. Th WA Museum is particularly interested in objects your family brought with you when you came to WA for possible display in the New Museum for WA in 2020.  Objects, photos and personal items can be photographed or scanned on the day.
