Winter Star Watching

Tue 22 Sep 2020

Museum of the Goldfields

Bring your blankets and telescope to the Museum this winter and discover the wonders of the winter night sky! Will you see the moon, Jupiter and Saturn? Or maybe a storm or ring systems?

Enjoy some hot milo, meet local astronomy enthusiasts and learn more about what we can see in the sky. You are welcome to bring your own telescope!

Don’t have a telescope? Don’t worry - have a go looking through the Museum’s telescope with help from local astronomy enthusiasts.

Weather dependent. Keep an eye on Facebook for updates.
