Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year 2019 Sat 5 Sep 2020 – Sun 6 Dec 2020 10:00am – 3:00pm Museum of the Goldfields The Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year competition celebrates the natural heritage of the Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica and New Guinea bioregions. Professional, emerging, and junior photographers have shown impeccable timing, patience, artistry and technique to capture superb moments in time. Beyond showing us the unique beauty of the flora, fauna and landscapes of our own backyards, this breathtaking exhibition provokes us to explore the changing nature of regional ecology. Entry to Museum of the Goldfields is free, donations are welcome. Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year 2019 is produced by the South Australian Museum, and presented in partnership with the Australian Museum and Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences.
