Maryan A relatively large (to 4 cm) squat species with a wide snout and very short limbs. The skin is smooth, the toes have only a small amount of webbing and the metatarsal tubercles are large. The colouration is dark brown and the parotoid glands have a light stippling of gold. The belly is white. Breeding Biology Nothing known. Habitat One specimen recorded from a dune with Triodia and grasses. Etymology micromeles means 'short-limbed'.
