WA's Frockstars Competition!
Post a pic of you in your favourite frock to win two tickets to the exclusive launch of Aurelio Costarella: A 30 year retrospective and Frock Stars: Behind Australian Fashion Week on Friday November 1 2013 featuring performances by Grace Woodroofe, WA Ballet, and WA Opera, AND $250 to spend at Carillion City, thanks to Hawaiian!

How to enter:

1. FACEBOOK: Post a photo of you in your favourite frock tagging the WA Museum’s Facebook page with the #FROCKSTARS and #COSTARELLA hashtags in the caption by midday, Thursday October 24.

2. INSTAGRAM or TWITTER: Post a photo of you in your favourite frock tagging the WA Museum (@wamuseum) with the hashtags #COSTARELLA and #FROCKSTARS on Twitter or Instagram by midday, Thursday October 24.

*Please note: your Instagram, Facebook and Twitter post settings must be set to public for the Museum to receive your entry* The Museum will acknowledge your entry by liking and/or replying to your post on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. If you do not receive a response from the Museum, your settings may be set to private or you may have incorrectly tagged the Museum - if we can’t see your entry, we can’t include you in the competition!

How to win:

Entries from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter will be compiled in a Facebook album on the WA Museum’s Facebook page on Thursday October 24.

The winner is the photo in the Museum’s Facebook album with the most ‘likes’ by 4pm WST, Thursday October 31, 2013.

The winner will be notified with a message to their Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account, so keep an eye out!

As the competition winner is determined by a public vote, friends and family members of current WA Museum employees and WA Museum volunteers are eligible to enter. Current WA Museum employees and volunteers are permitted to vote for the winner from their personal facebook accounts.

The WA Museum retains editorial control over the entry of photos in the competition and reserves the right to make decisions as to the appropriateness of entries

The prize!

The winner can pick up their two tickets to the official launch of Aurelio Costarella: A 30 year retrospective and Frock Stars: Behind Australian Fashion Week at the door of the WA Museum – Perth on the night of the event, Friday, November 1, 2013 – full details will be sent to the winner via private message on social media.

If the winner cannot attend the event, their tickets can be given to a person of their choice under prior arrangement with the WA Museum, whereby the new attendee’s names will need to be supplied.

The winner’s image may be used by the Museum on social media sites Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and the WA Museum’s website.

Competition winners under the age of 18 must attend the launch with a parent or guardian.

The $250 Carillion City voucher is valid for 12 months from 1 November 2013, and can be spent in any Carillion City store, full T&Cs are below:
