The focus of the competition, and therefore the exhibition, is conservation and protection.

ANZANG Nature Photographer of the Year showcases some of the best entries to the 2014 competition, with submissions from across Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica and New Guinea.

There are wonderful examples of the endless possibilites that the photographic medium offers - colours, humour, close-ups, landscapes, animal behaviours, night skies. Long exposures and quick snaps. ANZANG has it all.

The competition winner, Physalia Physalis, leans against a wall, covered in bubble wrap. It's colours are striking, even through the transparent plastic.

You can sneak a peek here, but why not come and see it for yourself?
