WAISTCOAT, Brown Striped
CH1982.258
Midnight blue velvet with diagonal black stripes of corded silk. Velvet has checkered effect achieved by the removal of some of the weft threads. Back of black glazed cotton. Lined with heavy cram cotton. Double-breasted. Roll collar, two pockets, five buttons. Very slight point at front. Back strap with eyelet holes for lacing.
All hand sewn.
