OXYGEN MASK

Former Kalgoorlie Mining Associates property. Mask is concertina rubber tube mounted on plastic oval with plastic lid with attachments which match base to squash down concertina tube and store it closed. There is an aperture in end of concertina tube for nose and mouth. Plastic lid reads; "LIFE SAVER - KISS OF LIFE / 15 TO 20 / minutes of / life saving OXYGEN / Heart Attack Choking / Circulation Suffocation / Accident Shock / Electric Shock / Bronchial asthma etc / INSTRUCTIONS / Remove cover, insert finger into metal ring and pull cord / backwards/ Oxygen will work Automatically / Inhale the Oxygen slowly by placing the specially designed opening 1/2 inch from the mouth and nose and press bellow / with an up and down movement. Ensure that / the chest has regular breathing movement. / If this is not the case the support . the body and lift the mask every / 2 to 3 seconds, thereby provi- / ding an easier flow of oxygen / OXYGEN MASK". Sticker on side of lid reads: "Sole Importers: / PRESSURE SYSTEM INDUSTRIES / P.O. BOX 137 / ARTARMON, N.S.W. / MADE IN GERMANY".
