'SPARKLETS' DENTAL SPRAY & packet of bulbs

[.a] Dental spray: metal tube with trigger mechanism at top, long thin tube extends with small spray for access to cavities in teeth. Jutting out horizontally at right is screw-on cylinder to hold sparklet bulb. Has cut-away wall, showing whether bulb is in place. Has 'DENTAL SPRAY' impressed on steel on bulb holder. Has 'CO2 /DENTAL HYGIEN- ATOR / PATENT APPLD FOR / SPARKLET LTD LONDON / MADE IN ENGLAND'.
[.b] cardboard box containing bulbs (pink, blue, white): 'SPARKLETS / TRADE MARK/ bulbs / MADE IN / ENGLAND'. On front: 'Store cool / Do not / Expose to / The Sun / The Trade Mark / SPARKLETS is / REGISTERED IN /THE PRINCIPAL / COUNTRIES OF / THE WORLD AND / IS THE / EXCLUSIVE / PROPERTY OF / THE BRITISH OXYGEN / COMPANY LIMITED'. Bulb is inserted in screw-on attachment, is screwed tight until bulb is pierced and oxygen [?] is released. It is sprayed directly onto work site in mouth. Very similar to sparklets in cyanide poisoning kit, H89.758 - except bulbs smaller and mechanism slightly different.
