White cotton child's petticoat with floral broderie anglaise decoration around the hem, on the bodice, and on the sleeves. Around the sleeve and hem edges and on the waist is a scalloped decoration.There are two pearl buttons down the back for closure. Worn by Ronald Edward (born UK 1922) and George William Kendrick (born KEMH Subiaco 1929).
