Reverse: silver finish, area where fixing should sit discoloured, no fixing attached. Circular piece of paper stuck to centre and top right edge.

Dark blue enamel rectangle on top left with ship motif, yellow enamel rectangle on top right with red enamel animal motif. Green enamel semi circle below with black and white enamel triangle monument motif. Reverse: text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH, paper or masking tape pieces stuck to surface, no fixing attached.
