Shield shaped badge with small pendant loop on top centre, swirl details on either side of loop finished in gold gilt. Black enamel banner below with text 'EASTERN GOLDFIELDS'. Green enamel vertical stripe on left edge next to white enamel vertical stripe and red enamel vertical stripe in the arrangement of the Italian flag. White enamel background on right half with black enamel circle containing text 'ITALIAN/ CLUB' and three small motifs. Black enamel V-shaped banner on bottom with middle at point of shield, contains text reading 'ITALIAN/ CLUB'. Reverse: gold gilt finish, text 'Sheridan/ Perth' at top centre, no fixing attached.
