Black and orange enamel badge with gold gilt detailing. Black enamel oval shape in centre with text 'LIFE/ MEMBER'. Orange enamel curved banner above with curved edges and text 'LAKE GRACE'. Gold gilt circular detail on top centre with textured wedges around edges. Second orange enamel banner at bottom with curled edges and text 'FOOTBALL CLUB'. Gold gilt decoration at bottom centre. Reverse: smooth gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', clutch fixing with no pin or clutch attached.
