Blue and black enamel badge with gold gilt detailing, rhombus shaped badge with curved edges on each of the four points. Two crossed lacrosse sticks in centre in gold gilt finish, lines divide badge up into four quarters. Top and bottom quarters are blue enamel background, top features text 'LACROSSE' curved around top edge and 'E.F' in centre. Bottom quarter features gold gilt dot in centre and text 'CLUB' curved around bottom edge. Black enamel background in left and right quarters, no detail. Reverse: unpolished gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH' in top centre, no fixing.
