Gold gilt and red enamel dart motif pointed at North-West Western Australia. Banner with curved edges and teal enamel background underneath circular section with text 'HAROLD E. HOLT'. Reverse: textured gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
