[.1] Circular enamel badge with gold gilt finish rim. White enamel border around outside edge with text reading 'KALGOORLIE BEGA GARNBIRRINGU HEALTH SERVICE/ "SICKNESS GETS BETTER" '. Internal circle features blue enamel background and Australian land mass motif in centre with aboriginal flag detail of yellow enamel circle overlying red and black enamel horizontal sections. White enamel border around Australian land mass. Green enamel vine motif with leaves curled around map. Reverse: textured gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached. Metal discoloured around fixing.
[.2] Pre-enamelled badge with same design as [.1]. Extra piece of unclipped metal around rim of badge. Reverse: repeating geometric pattern, text 'SHERIDAN WA/ 9328 6856' in outlined boxes, brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
