Bronze finish on inner circle background overlain by white enamel map of Western Australia and green and red bouqet of Kangaroo paw flowers tied with bronze ribbon. Blue enamel rectangle banner across centre with text 'HEALTH' written in bronze lines. Reverse: Bronze finish with text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', double brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached. [.2] Pre-enamelled badge with same design as [.1], extra unclipped metal section outside of badge rim. everse: Bronze finish with text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', double brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
