Blue enamel rectangle banner across centre with text 'HEALTH' written in bronze lines. Reverse: Bronze finish with text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', double brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached. [.2] Pre-enamelled badge with same design as [.1], extra unclipped metal section outside of badge rim. everse: Bronze finish with text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', double brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
