St John's Ambulance logo in centre consisting of four pointed arrows facing into the centre with animal motifs in between. Logo motif encircled by border containing text 'THE ST. JOHN/ AMBULANCE ASSOC.', bottom banner text reads 'W.A. GOVT. RLYS'. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', clutch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
[.2] Pre-clipped and pre-enamelled badge, same design as [.1]. Extra piece of unclipped metal around badge rim. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', clutch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
