[.1] Hexagon shaped badge with flat edges on top and bottom, raised silver finish rim. Silver finish skull motif in centre of badge encircled on top half by silver text reading 'ASBESTOS DISEASES SOCIETY INC'. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', clutch fixing, no pin or catch attached. Blue paint or ink staining to reverse.
[.2] Pre-enamelled badge with same design as [.1]. Extra piece of unclipped metal around rim of badge. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', clutch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
