Shield of Albany in semi circle below in white enamel with four gilt motifs. Black enamel banner in between with text 'DEFENSIVE/ NOT/ OFFENSIVE'. Pendant loop on centre top of badge. Reverse: 'Sheridan/ Perth', no fixing.
