[.1] Circular dark blue and white enamel badge with gold gilt finish pedestal base. Dark blue enamel border around outside edge with gold gilt finish text 'FREEMASON'S CLUB OF W.A./ LIFE MEMBER'. White enamel background in inner circle with two dark blue enamel motifs; black swan in bottom left and masonic square and compass logo in top right. Gold gilt pedestal base features polished rectangle at bottom with slopping sides, and swirl and line motif connecting upwards to circular badge piece. Reverse: gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH' running sideways above and below brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
[.2] Pre-enamelled badge with same design as [.2], extra piece of unclipped metal around edge of badge. Reverse: text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', clutch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
