Dark red enamel and gold gilt badge shaped as an original metal fireman's helmet with neck guard, peak and top detail. Gold gilt edging around peak and helmet plate with rosette detail in centre of strap. Dark red background with text 'U/FU' on centre of helmet. Gold gilt curved plume on top of helmet. Reverse: gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH' running diagonally on bottom right corner. Unplates section of metal in centre running diagonally where fixing would have sat. No fixing attached.
