Circular enamel badge with gold gilt details. Black enamel border around outside edge with text 'ORD RIVER DAM/ SOCIAL CLUB'. Black, blue and dark red enamel motif in centre; dark red enamel top half with horizontal cutoff line at centre and diagonal lines on left and right sides, black enamel on bottom half, blue enamel river running diagonally from top left to bottom right through red and black sections. Reverse: gold gilt finish with text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH' at top, safety fixing in centre with pin and safety catch attached.
