White enamel semi circle at top centre of oval piece with gold gilt pointed detail above. Curled dark red enamel banner attached to bottom of oval piece at two points with text reading 'LIFE MEMBER'. Metal loop around red banner with gold gilt chain attached and gold safety pin.
Reverse: gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/PERTH' at top, second safety pin fixing with pin and catch attached. Piece of pink paper wedged into safety catch.
