CRATE, wooden, Letchford soft drink bottle

Rectangular, wooden, pine (?) crate, with iron nailed, corroded reinforcement strips holding crate ends to side and base. Crude, semi-finished, wide-spaced double slat ends and sides with narrower-spaced three slat base. Short corner uprights on ends with chamfered tops. Maker’s name stencilled in black paint to side slats ‘W. LETCHFORD’ (top), ‘FREMANTLE’ (bottom)
