Rectangular shaped cream plaster plaque with relief design of the Old Mill in South Perth, raised border edge, slightly curved top with 2 small rounded sections on each end. Relief design is section of tree along front right hand side edge, Mill slightly over to the right, depicting Mill with one window in top section. Small building to rear, middle ground. Small bushes in relief near bottom edge. 'The Old Mill South Perth WA' impressed/incised along bottom edge.
