Shield shaped, enamelled plaque with three points on top edge, left and right sides curved into point at centre bottom. Raised gold gilt rim around plaque edge with small gilt border. Alternating wavy lines of dark and pale blue enamel represent water on bottom half of plaque. White enamel shell motif in bottom centre with dark red enamel and gilt lighthouse motif behind. Triangular sections radiate out from lighthouse motif in alternating dark red enamel and gold gilt finish. Semi circle line encircling lighthouse defines separate section where the red enamel and gold gilt pattern reverses. Chevron shape across top half with dark blue enamel border and gold gilt finish background. Three white and red enamel flowers inside chevron. Reverse: Gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH'. No fitting.
