White cotton petticoat. Very short sleeves, high neck. Bodice cut from one piece material, skirt cut from two pieces material. Sleeves added. Gathered all around waist. Opening at back to below waist, fastening with drawstrings at waist and neck. Sleeves and neck trimmed with lace. 6 rows of tucks on bottom of skirt. French side seams. Flat seams joining sleeves to bodice. All hand sewn.
