White, short sleeves with embroidered frill. Frill forms "V" to waist and out from waist down skirt. Broderie anglaise on bodice, skirt and sleeves. All hand sewn and hand embroidered. Lace probably machined. Skirt hand-stroked to bodice. Draw tape at waist.
