a & b: White Royal Navy Tunic - "White's" uniform; epaulettes were worn on the shoulders, attached through the holes on the shoulder.
Brass buttons do not exist on this example - they are of a detachable type, taken off for laundering etc.
c. Detachable collars, re-usable variety, laundered when dirty- heavy starch - attached to the shirt with collar studs.
d. Tie: Worn with undress uniform.
