Dress, black cotton/synthetic knit, off-the-shoulder, fitted style with fluted detailing, designed by 'Ruthless', Perth, Western Australia.

H2018.143

This knee-length, tube style dress is made from a black cotton/synthetic blend knit fabric. Two layers

of self fabric are sewn into the seam under the bust forming a v-shape through the centre front and

centre back of the garment. Arm holes are set within these two fabric panels and extend to sit off

the shoulder. Both layers feature a fluted edge, created utilising hardwear that has been heated

to create a curled-effect.
