Motif in centre featuring adult left hand diagonally from left with child's right hand coming from centre right and clutching adult's ring finger. Text 'The Fiona Stanley Medal' below. Reverse: antique bronze finish, text 'AWARDED FOR/ SERVICES TO/ HEALTH & MEDICAL/ RESEARCH' at top and text 'SHERIDAN/PERTH' along bottom edge. No fixing.
[.2] Pre-plated medallion with same design as [.1]. Reverse: text 'AWARDED FOR/ SERVICES TO/ HEALTH & MEDICAL/ RESEARCH' at top and text 'SHERIDAN/PERTH' along bottom edge. No fixing.
