Western Mining Corps logo in centre with 'WMC' in circle, pair of legs motif underneath, standing on dish with text 'KNS' at bottom. Reverse: bronze finish, outline of underground mine plan with headframe, lift and bench areas. Text 'SHERIDAN' at bottom edge of medal. Scratch in finish across top left.
