Circular badge with pendant loop on top. Cream enamel background with nickel plated and black enamel figure holding up black enamel circle containing text 'WMC' (Western Mining Corporation). Figure is standing on red enamel and nickel plated smelting equipment with the letters 'KNS' (Kalgoorlie Nickel Smelter). Text '1984/ 1986' are situated on either side of the motif and text 'NO LOST TIME' underneath. All text is nickel finished. Enamel is wearing away in top left edge next to rim.
