[.1] Oval shaped badge with antique brass finish. Text 'Telethon/ CELEBRATES/ its/ 30th' in different sizes and fonts across badge with '30' filling bottom two thirds and 'Telethon' above, rest of text weaved around '30'. Reverse: Antique brass finish with text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', double brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
[.2] Pre-plated badge with same design as [.1]. Extra piece of unclipped metal around rim of badge. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', double brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
