H2002.14
Short sleeved beige cotton dress. High waisted with small gathers in waist. Two strips above waist are smocked, with pale and dark blue thread. Back waist is also smocked. The dress opens from the waist to collar, with a scalloped edge. Has five shiny beige plastic buttons sewn on for effect, but behind buttons are metal press-studs. Only four metal press studs, the top button is missing its press stud. Fastens at the collar with a metal hook and eye. Blue flowers with leaves embroidered at both points of collar. Blue flowers embroidered in one section on front of skirt. Shoulders are gather, sleeve turned up. A white label with blue machine stitched letters "Marjory-Dore" is sewn on inside of back neckline.
