Grey postcard. English coat of arms on the front with words " FIELD SERVICE/POST CARD" in black. Address hand written in purple pencil "Miss Lida Downey/Hamilton St./Boulder City/West Australia". The reverse is a form letter with choices for the writer to cross out and sign and date at bottom. Choices selected by writer "I am quite well/I have received your letter dated Oct 3rd/Letter follows at first opportunity/for a long time/R.O. Gay/April 14 1918".
