Metal printing plate nailed onto wooden base, bearing on right top hand half radioactive symbol - cloud with lightening bolts radiating outward. Top left hand corner, down to bottom right hand corner from centre of plate, down to left bottom corner bearing the words 'DO NOT PLACE UNDEVELOPED FILM WITHIN 5 METRES (15 FEET) OF THIS CONTAINER/ RADIOACTIVE SUBSTANCE/ GROUP/ OR/ NO PERSON SHALL REMAIN WITHIN 1 METRE (3 FEET)/ OF THIS CONTAINER UNNECESSARILY/ PRINCIPAL RADIOACTIVE CONTENT/ ACTIVITY OF CONTENTS/ RADIATION UNITS THIS PACKAGE/ NOT MORE THAN 40 UNITS SHALL/ BE LOADED ONE AIR/ CRAFT OR VEHICLE/ OR HELD AT ONE LOCATION/ OR/ POINT'.
In right hand bottom corner 'RADIOACTIVE (RED) LABEL'. Black ink stains on wooden base. Adhesive cream coloured paper on base of wooden block, half torn away revealing letter 'XD' and underlined in lead pencil.
