PRINTING BLOCK, 'National Safety Council WA', wood

Metal printing plate nailed to wooden block at nine points. Printing plate features the outlines of two central circles with two triangles overlaying these circles. A swan is pictured in the smaller central circle around the edge of the smaller triangle; inside the large triangle the words 'NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL W.A.' On the right hand side of the circle the word 'DRIVE' and on the left side 'Safely'. Wooden block base bearing 'natural' in red ink, '81140' in pencil, '81163' in red ink and '87331' in blue ink. There is also the remnants of paper adhesive on the top of the wooden block.
