DRAUGHT SET, WITH TWO BOARDS

Draught set, wooden, with one wood and one cardboard board.
.1 - is a wood board, hinged at centre, burgundy border with green and white alternating squares (painted on).
.2 - second board is heavy cardboard with a paper pattern glued on, yellow grid with black and cream squares and a border grid of small yellow and black squares.
The back of the board is covered in a burgundy coloured paper. Board is reasonably dirty and paper is worn at the corners and on the back, particularly at the fold in the centre. Large watermark on reverse.
Accompanying the boards is a wooden box containing draught pieces.
Box (.3): old cigar box, on lid reads 'MANKA/ GEM OF THE EAST/ LEAF'. Lid is hinged, and reads the same on the inside; on two shortest sides of box reads 'GEM OF THE EAST'. Front reads: 'HIGH LIFE IN THE EAST', top centre: 'PRESS', right bottom corner: '50;'. Back reads 'COLORADO CLARO'. Box contains 15 yellowy-tan carved wooden draughts (.4-.18) and 15 black carved wooden draughts (.19-.33).
The draught pieces are wrapped in a handkerchief (.34), printed grey, green and white check.
