Silver badge, essentially circular, with enamelled blue ring bearing the inscription 'NURSES REGISTRATION BOARD/ WA'. A black swan is positioned within this ring. Reverse of badge is inscribed 'V.A. HOBBS/ 24.11.32/ SILVER/ SHERIDANS (?) HAY ST PERTH'. The badge has a horizontal fastening pin and a fine silver chain, 6.2cm long, extending from its top, terminating in a silver safety pin.
