Black, two ringed file containing records, encapsulated in plastic covers related to biscuit manufacture. The work file was used on the factory floor, as is evident from the well utilised condition of the file. Records include; a handwritten list of biscuit products and their spiral speeds, Rostered Days - Staff Notice, Output Percentage - (Directive sheet), 'Change Parts', Schedules for Golden Oatmeal, Peanut Crunch, and several other varieties. A bundle of Wrapping Machine Log Sheets, is also contained at the back of the file.
The front cover of the black file is fixed with red masking tape. 'MACHINE No 2' is handwritten in felt black texta, along the red masking tape.
