Poster from walls of Arnott, Mill's & Ware factory. White background with blue and red lettering: 'FOCUS/ ON/ TOTAL QUALITY/ THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE/ FOR QUALITY'. These posters and others were all around the factory as inspirational messages for the staff. Mounted on a particle board, hanging string attached with masking tape.
