Red clipboard used on factory floor, of the Mills & Ware biscuit production process. Contains two 'Change of Parts schedule (Flowpak)' cardboard forms, which are used to record machine number, product name, and change of production and machinery parts instructions. Also contained in file is a 'Machine Log Sheet', and a list of 1991 Arnott, Mills and Ware machine operators with their names, telephone numbers and contact addresses. Also contained in file, are several copies of a recommended diet entitled 'Diet for Fat People and Not so fat - you can lose 1 stone in 1 week'.
