Green coloured cardboard covered exercise book. Cover is marked 'Collins/ Faint only'. Masking tape label is printed 'No 6c/ R 7393/ 0.7574/ Log Book No 6L' Rear cover has random scribble and numbers.
Entries date from Monday 7th September 1981 to 25 August 1987. Each entry details the type of biscuit produced on the run, problems with wrapping machines, times, rejects, whether for local or for shipping, and initials or signatures of the operator.
