Blue clipboard used on production site of Mills and Ware factory during cake and biscuit manufacturing. Contains all the 'Change Parts Schedule' forms associated with the different biscuit products during manufacture. Some of the cardboard schedules are encased in plastic folders. Each schedule records the machine number product names and which part of the machine to be changed for that products' manufacture.
