Moulded edge. Panels of gilded scrolls over buff and grey alternating with posies of enamel flowers around edge. Moulded edge emphasised with gildin Central floral sprig. Outside of cup plain with single band of gilt foliage. Unmarked except for fractional pattern number in gilt, '3 \ 266' on saucer onl Moulding and pattern number fits Coalport wares and is similar to those illustrated in Godden Coalport and Coalbrookdale Porcelains plates 162-5.
