Colour: White, blue ribbon.
Fabric: cotton, ribbon lace.
Top section: pintucks and lace inserts around front opening. Back gathered into narrow strip embroidered with herringbone.
Skirt: slightly A-line.
Sleeve type: sleeveless but armholes trimmed with lace and ribbon, 6 cm deep.
Neckline: Wide, "boat" neck.
Waistline: none.
Hemline: straight, machine sewn.
Lining: none.
Trimmings: Armholes, neckline, front opening trimmed with Valenciennes lace strips of cottom embroidered around neck and arms with blue ribbon threaded through.
Fastenings: ribbons function as drawstrings at neck and armholes. One cloth covered button at centre front.
Machine/hand made: Mainly machine sewn, pintucks are hand sewn.
No tailor's labels.
