Possibly worn with CH.1978.159. Cream waist length petticoat. Slim fitting over hips, flaring to ground. Deep flounce above hem with horizontal pintucking then knife pleating and 2 frills. Slightly longer at back than front. Fastens at waist with 2 hooks (one missing) and down sides with 4 hooks. Machine sewn.
