White silk cover with pinked and scalloped edge. Cream (probably originally white) overlay of hand made lace on what appears to be hand made net. Hangs over rib edges to form fringe or awning. Pale blue silk lining, pinked and scalloped. Dome shaped. Collapsible stick, upper section wood, lower ivory, ivory handle continuous with stick is a decorated knob. White metal tube. Pawn shaped ivory ferrule with ring. Cream tassell attached to ferrule ring. Metal ribs, rib tips are loops on end of ribs.
